As the advanced experience of performance management has been widely promoted,large,medium and small enterprises in China have begun to examine the status quo of their own performance management,and through continuous innovation in their performance management system to seek the most suitable incentive mechanism for the company's strategic development.Chinese companies cannot blindly learn from the advanced experience of performance management in the West.Instead,they should constantly explore a performance management system that suits their own development.Therefore,I have chosen an asset management company as a research object,aiming at the characteristics of this emerging industry.Its performance management system conducts research.The study of this paper is based on a large number of reading literature on performance management at home and abroad.Through reading the literature,the author learned relevant theoretical knowledge and learned the experience of many excellent companies in the performance system reform.A asset management company as a newly established company,its root cause is the market demand,precisely because of China's economic development by leaps and bounds,people's pursuit of wealth has changed from the original accumulation to management,which led to the asset management company Lots of appearances.In such an economic environment,how can A company develop and grow in the fierce market competition,which requires excellent performance management.However,due to the fact that Company A has not been established for a long time,its current performance management system has directly absorbed other excellent companies.From the results of the questionnaire survey conducted by him,Company A's current performance management results are not satisfactory.As an employee of the human resources department of A Asset Management Co.,I feel the importance of performance management to the development of the company in my daily work.Therefore,through questionnaire surveys and field interviews,I found out more specifically and effectively the problems of Company A in the performance management system,analyzed the causes of these problems,and proposed a combination of the threeperformance assessment methods.Corresponding improvement countermeasures,Company A leaders paid great attention to this research activity,and partially absorbed the research results of this paper,and applied to the reform of the company performance system,and achieved certain results.
