Firstlyanalyze the current situation of human resource management, secondly optimize humanresource management system of A company for the existed main problems. Finally achievethe improvement of the human resource management. Through archival research, we couldacknowledge the human resource theory and current situation of other company in this line.Then we could diagnose and analyze the existed problems of human resource management inA company. Research findings shows that A company needs to perfect and optimize theorganization structure, performance management, compensation incentive, training anddeveloping, staff development of the human resource management system.
