In twenty-first Century,both in science and technology,and information technology has been fully developed,the enterprise team construction and sustainable development have played an important role,enterprises should be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,the establishment of efficient team is the key to success of A.Many research results and practical experience show that good incentive mechanism and team organization form are of great importance for modern enterprises to achieve high performance.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to build a team with high standard,high demand and high performance combined with the current situation and existing problems of team management in A company,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This study is on the study of related literature on team management technology through analysis,questionnaire and interview case,in-depth study of the existing problems in the management team,to achieve the following innovations: the system can provide more theoretical support for the enterprise team management and development;to cultivate enterprises need all kinds of talents,create high-quality enterprises culture,enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,to provide experience;can realize enterprises and employees two-way incentive,stimulate the vitality of enterprises,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of research at home and abroad,lists the theory of team management,provides the reference for writing;the second chapter discusses the concept of team management and team construction and management theory,put forward the concept and component management system,lay the foundation for this paper expounds some countermeasures after the team management of A company;the third chapter,the specific analysis of the current situation of team management of A company,through investigation and study,put forward the main problems,and further to find out the root of the problem;the fourth chapter,aiming at the root of the problem existing in A company,put forward the basic countermeasures to solve the problem.The fifth chapter evaluates the implementation guarantee and effect of A company team management countermeasures;the sixth chapter draws the conclusion that the research is insufficient. |
