Along with the further persistent research and practice of management theory of team, which is a highly efficiency and flexible work organization, a new form of team organization namely as self-organization team has been brought into being.It attracted much more attention from researchers.Meanwhile, growing attention has also been paid to the psychological empowerment, which has been widespread used into high-tech enterprise and department of research and development.Presently we found few research takes psychological empowerment, self-organization construction and self-organization performance into account together.Actually, there is relationship and influence among this three ones.This thesis aims to explore the mutual relationship and influence among psychological empowerment, self organization team construction and team performance.It can provide reference for the following researchers and practitioners.It proposed some idea, theoretical model and research hypothesis based on the reviewing of reference.This research involved Qualitative methods with quantitative ones, which used questionnaire to discover the relationship among psychological empowerment, self organization team construction and team performance.The statistic data analysis drawn out by SPSS software help find how the different dimensionality psychological empowerment influence self organization team construction and team performance.The thesis includes the following sections:Chapter1, Introduction, it reviewed the research background, significance, idea framework, innovation points as well.Chapter2, Reference Review, it reviewed and summarized the psychological empowerment, self organization team, team construction and team performance both at home and abroad.Chapter3, Research and Design, it conducted some dimensionality analysis, and built research model, proposed research hypothesis based on psychological empowerment, self organization team, team construction and team performance.Chapter4, Empirical Research, it analyzed the interdependency and regression among different variates.Chapter5, Conclusion and Future work, it drew some conclusions and proposed some future works based on the data statistics and analysis.
