The Study On Risk Management Of Metro Line N Vehicle Project In A City

With the rapid development of science technology and economy,the phenomenon of urbanization is becoming more and more serious,the urban population is increasing,and the urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.As the necessary infrastructure of the country,urban rail traffic has gradually developed,greatly easing the traffic congestion in cities,and gradually become a popular means of transportation.The development of urban rail traffic has become an important measure to ease the traffic pressure in the cities.For a long time,the domestic city subway,EMU and railway train vehicle have a very large demand,the quality of production vehicles are also different from each other,therefore,the market of domestic city rail vehicles have a huge demand,but also the competition is very fierce.The vehicle enterprise must have a perfect model of project management,management of the project schedule,quality and risk must be effective,to ensure the project,supply qualified vehicles,ensure the safety of passengers and the final delivery of the vehicle.The theory of risk management is applied to the management of metro vehicle project.This paper uses WBS decomposition method to identify the risk of vehicle project,twelve risks in total.Then analyze and evaluate all kinds of risk.Classify these project risks by the project risk impaction scale,and conclude risk classification summary.Finally,put forward the corresponding measures for preventing and coping with all kinds of risks,so as to strengthen and improve risk management of the vehicle project,to ensure that the entire vehicle project completion.This paper takes the metro line N vehicle project as an example,research the risk management of project,identify and respond to the risks in the project process better,to ensure that the enterprise successfully deliver high quality vehicles to the owners.At the same time,this paper has practical significance for improving vehicle manufacturing enterprise's risk management.It also provides reference for the project risk management and optimization and improvement of project performance to other vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
