Research On Risk Coping Strategies Of A Urban Rail Transit PPP Project In GD Company

With the rapid advancement of industrial urbanization,the speed of urban population aggregation is accelerating,and the population density in the central region tends to be concentrated.Urban rail transit,as an important part of urban traffic system,has the characteristics of green space,environmental protection,large carrying capacity,fast and convenient,which can effectively alleviate the travel pressure brought by urban population aggregation.However,the mode has many participants,complex structure,long survival time and great risks.Therefore,how to promote PPP in urban rail transit.With the rapid development of P project,it has become an urgent problem to strengthen risk prevention and improve the rate of return on investment.Based on the basic principles of the construction of risk assessment system for urban rail transit project,and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status quo of the PPP project for GD company A urban rail transit,this paper identifies the risks affecting the PPP project of GD company A urban rail transit,and finds that policy risks,market risks,natural risks,social risks.management risk,construction risk and financial risk are seven risks.In order to ensure the implementation of the risk management plan of GD Company A urban rail transit PPP project,the article finally puts forward corresponding risk countermeasures,namely,improving information control means,improving the management level of risk control personnel and improving risk control means.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of these measures,the article also puts forward three safeguard measures,including further optimizing the organizational structure of the project,continuously improving the ability of project risk management,and accelerating the construction of dynamic risk management culture of the project.Through a series of investigation and research,this paper finally establishes the risk evaluation system of GD company A urban rail transit PPP project,and obtains the corresponding results through relevant calculation and puts forward the corresponding risk response measures,so as to better enhance the risk management level of the project,and also provide reference for similar projects to solve similar risk management problems.
