Study On The Industry Status And Development Countermeasures Of Potato Industry In Jianshui County

Jianshui County is a traditional agricultural county in Yunnan Province.The potato industry plays a huge role in the agricultural development in Jianshui County.In order to meet the increasing market demand,Jianshui County provide high quality potato and sweet potato for both inside and outside the province.Potato is the main economic crops in Jianshui County and it makes a major contribution to the increase of farmers' income in Jianshui.However,many years of history of potato planting have made a large number of fine varieties mixed and degraded.The extension of new varieties and good varieties is seriously lagging behind.The scientific research platform for potato crops has not been established yet,and the researchers of potato crops are seriously scarce.The infrastructure construction in the planting area is not perfect,and the mechanized planting is seriously backward.A scattered,low degree of market-oriented and industrialization factors of planting area distribution,which seriously restrict the development of potato industry in Jianshui county.This article is mainly study the specific circumstance of potato crops in Jianshui county.In order to understand Yunnan,Jianshui area main potato industry development status,scale and advantage.Collecting the data of Jianshui area about planting area and the harvest.Analysis of tuber crops,especially potato and sweet potato in Jianshui area and even the Yunnan province.Then,Jianshui area field research to understand the first-line business,growers of the specific situation.Use a case to show a typical representative of the form.Finally,we need to summarize the data and case studies.Finally,we can conclude a conclusion about the main potato industry in Jianshui county.And Put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that this study will provide strong operational measures for the development of potato industry in Jianshui County.
