Study On Countermeasure Of Potato Industrial Development In Heilongjiang Province

Potato is the fourth crop in the world, it's yield is in the first place in our China, at the same time, it is the main crop of Heilongjiang province. The potato yield in Heilongjiang possesses about 10% in the whole country, and it is line up the fourth of the whole country. The potato industry is one of important special feature industries in Heilongjiang province to the agriculture economic development; it has become the main crop that Heilongjiang occupies a prominent position in our country about potato production.The method of the quantitative analysis and qualitative analyses were employed, we investigated the individual cases of produce and machining. The results showed, the potato industry is one of the main industries of my province agriculture, but processes quantity doesn't arrive the entire yield. A potato industry region have been developed in western of my province, plant's area and produce process quantity are all above 80% of the whole provinces. The potato industry chain quickly developed, four regions of western's shoulders have heavy responsibilities. The potato produce level is very lowly in our province, and the industry chain development is not intact. The problem exist in our province potato industry, for instance ,the plant technique is lag, the yield level is low, the species is lack, the store and transport condition is limited, the processing technology and equipments is fall, the current channel is jam etc. All above are used for reference from domestic and international experience, to put forward some viewpoints for my province potato industry chain development, promote the method of the potato industry chain development normally and healthily. The problem deeply were analyzed: The right understanding the position of potato industry, the increase potato specialized species breed to grow strength, raise the cultivation technique, excellent turn industry layout, the establishment the middle link of hoarding and wholesale etc, strengthen to process deeply of science and technology content, make use of a perfect industry chain of the order agriculture etc, perfect potato industry chain in Heilongjiang province, make the Industrialization development that the gets larger foot.
