Since the mid of 2014 to now,the international petroleum price remains low.This is good for China as the second largest oil import and consumption country.However,this also is a huge challenge for petroleum industry.The current domestic petroleum industry is in the stage of investment intensity reduction and cost control reinforce.The petroleum companies implement policies to decrease employees' number and payroll,which makes the technical force and expertise level of the engineering consulting companies to get more attention and recognition.The research object of the article is the DF oilfield engineering consulting firm.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of consulting company in DF Oilfield,this paper analyzes the external environment and the internal conditions of the industry for the DF Oilfield engineering consulting company by adopting the method of combining theoretical research with enterprise practice in this paper.Finally the paper formulated the development strategy of "bring out strengths to make up for weaknesses,main and auxiliary combination".Next,the paper carries on the decomposition through the business centralization strategy,market development strategy and integration development strategy.And propose safeguard measures for policy implementation from four aspects,including employment mechanism,incentive mechanism,bidding agency business and market development and cooperation.In order to secure the business sector to survive in the fierce competition,and further accelerate the development of DF oil field engineering consulting company sustainably and stably.
