Game Analysis Between Custom Inspector And Sumggler In Cross-border E-commerce

Under the impact of the Internet and the globalization,cross-border e-commerce shows a tendency of vigorous development,and has become the most fastest growing mode of trade after the financial crisis era.The government,enterprises and consumers have paid close attention to it.As a new growth point of chinese international trade,cross-border e-commerce may improve the influence and competitiveness of"Made in China" through more active participation in international trade,thus effectively promote the interation into the world economy.At present,more and more small and medium-sized businesses in China are going global with the help of cross-border e-commerce platforms,which are highly sought after by global consumers.However,on the one hand,cross-border e-commerce involves a large number of industries,fields,and enterprises,making it more difficult to supervise.On the other hand,with the continuous adjustment of the policy,and the cross-border e-commerce players who lose the price advantage start to play the sideline of laws and regulations.To boost the national economy to achieve higher quality,more efficient,more fair,more sustainable development,governmengt should also notice that this new mode of international trade has challenged the traditional institutional arrangement of customs,while it has a policy in place to support cross-border e-commerce.After a thorough reading of related literature at home and abroad,this paper made a simple introduction of the development status quo and regulatory status quo of cross-border e-commerce.Based on the backward status of laws and regulations in corss-border e-commerce,combined with relevant case,this paper puts forward the definition of e-commerce smuggling.Then we construct the incomplete information static game and evolutionary game between the regulator and the cross-border e-commerce smuggling platform,and propose more feasible anti-smuggling suggestions by gradually easing the theoretical assumptions.If regulators continue to ignore such unhealthy practices,it will swallow up the past achievements.Therefore,how to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce industry ande effective supervision is an urgent problem faced by the customs and other regulators.
