Study On The Cooperation Mechanism Between Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform And Cross-Border Logistics

With the in-depth implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,China and the countries along the belt and road are increasingly connected with each other in cross-border e-commerce,which further promotes the development of crossborder e-commerce in China.In the whole cross-border e-commerce industry chain,the cross-border e-commerce platform forms a platform for international trade exchanges.Cross-border logistics provides logistics services such as transportation and distribution for buyers and sellers,and various cross-border e-commerce enterprises combine with each other to break through the limitations of traditional trade and bring strong vitality to the cross-border e-commerce industry.However,the development of cross-border logistics in China lags far behind that of cross-border e-commerce,which has become an important factor restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms.Most cross-border e-commerce platforms need to invest more in the construction of logistics channels to enrich their development.At the same time,it is difficult for crossborder logistics to provide timely and effective solutions to the increasing demands of cross-border e-commerce platforms.Therefore,how to refine the cross-border ecommerce platform and cross-border logistics cooperation mechanism is an important problem to be solved urgently for the steady development of cross-border e-commerce in China.Although current researches on cross-border e-commerce cover multiple levels,there are few researches on how cross-border e-commerce platforms and crossborder logistics can bring into play the benefits of cooperation.The cooperation between the two sides involves platforms,logistics and other stakeholders.With the goal of enhancing the cross-border e-commerce platform and cross-border logistics cooperation benefits,this paper explores the game relationship between the two parties based on the cooperation factors and taking the cooperation behavior and evolution process as the main line,and combines simulation analysis to promote the development and innovation of cross-border e-commerce industry.Firstly,the domestic and foreign literatures are summarized,and from cross-border electric business platform and cross-border logistics cooperation relationship,government regulation,evolutionary game theory of the cross-border electricity suppliers,small world network four Angle research status are summarized,on the basis of the analysis of the cross-border cooperation mechanism of electric business platform and cross-border logistics theory,main body and the cooperation and cooperation with internal and external factors,laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of model and analysis.Secondly,The evolutionary game theory was used to explore the cooperative behaviors between cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics.The evolutionary game model of cross-border e-commerce platforms and cross-border logistics was initially considered under the market mechanism.In order to obtain the optimal strategy for cooperation,the phase diagram of its evolution was obtained,and it was found that it was difficult to realize enterprise cooperation under the market mechanism.Therefore,under the evolutionary game model of the market mechanism to join the government factors,further to explore the evolution of enterprise cooperation,then use the Matlab numerical simulation analysis,based on small world network as the carrier,further explore cooperation factors,and analyzed the optimization tactics of the different factors,factors affecting the importance of further study of cooperation.Finally,according to the theory analysis and simulation results,cross-border electric business platform,cross-border logistics as the main body,cross-border electric business platform and cross-border logistics longer cooperation as the goal,to build information coupling mechanism,coordination mechanism and government regulation mechanism,and for the cross-border business and logistics cooperation development put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,to better exert the effect of cooperation.
