In recent years,the cross-border e-commerce is gradually emerging,and showing a good moomentum of rapid development.It got some attention from the governments,enterprises and consumers.With the development of cross-border e-commerce,it has brought the development and change of cross-border logistics,cross-border payments and other related factors, especially the most profound impact on cross-border logistics.The research results of crossborder e-commerce are constantly emerging, but it is still less, and it is lack of relative system of research and mature theoretical support.With the import of cross-border e-commerce intensified,its system research, especially cross-border e-commerce enterprise and crossborder logistics collaboration issues, is inminent and significant.Combining with the development situation of cross-border e-commerce,it is around the two core elements,such as cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,and it is to teast out the seven enterprise types engaged in cross-border e-commerce business,and six enterprise types engaged in cross-border logistics business.From the perspective of comparative analysis, it analyzes the cross-border e-commerce,domestic e-commerce and international trade,as well as cross-border logistics,domestic logistics and international freight.It comprehensively and systematically explore the development opportunities and challenges of cross-border e-commerce.Basing on the traditional international parcel post and international express,it sorts out cross-border logistics models,and it finds out several new models, which are the oversea positions,border positions,international logistics line,set of goods logistics and other new models.At the same time,it also give a comparative analysis of these cross-border logistics models.It takes supply chain,synergy theory and ecosystem theory as research theory,it builds the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem,and it proposes cross-border e-commerce ecosystem structure.From the perspective of species,it uses the AHP and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to build up the synergy effect evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, and it carries out the empirical research.The study found out:at this stage,the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem synergies are low,which is matching with its early phase of the development.Cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics as two important species,they play a great impact on cross-border e-commerce ecosystem synergies,which need to be foucused on the analysis.In cross-border e-commerce ecosystem,cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics occupy an important position,they also are the important species.Cross-border ecommerce and cross-border logistics are twins,they influence each other,promote each other.On the basis of literature research,field research,expert consultation,it uses the SEM theory to propose the theoretical model of cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy.And based on this,the research hypothesis is proposed,and it focuses on the problem of crossborder e-commerce logistics synergy.Through multiple trials and testing,it determines the final cross-border logistics synergy evaluation scale after verifying and adjusting initial scale.The final scale is including four sub scales,which are cross-border e-commerce and other species synergy scale,cross-border logistics and other species synergy scale,cross-border logistics chain synergy scale,cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics synergy scale. And it builds a SEM of cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy.It uese the questionnaire survey method,and accesses to the research data.Through the test analysis,it finds that the data is highly fit to the model,and it can be used for actual statistical analysis.It uses SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software for analyzing the statistical data, and combines with the cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy SEM,it valids the proposed research hypothesis.The test results indicate that cross-border e-commerce and other species synergy has significant positive impact on cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy,crossborder logistics and other species synergy has a significant positive impact on cross-border logistics chain synergy,cross-border logistics and other species synergy has a significant positive impact on cross-border logistics synergy,the synergy of cross-border logistics chain has a significant positive impact on cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy,cross-border e-commerce and other species synergy has no significant positive impact on cross-border logistics chain synergy.This study finds that it is conducive to exploring the impact facters of cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy and cross-border logistics chain synergy.They play a great reference value that how to promote cross-border logistics chain and cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy.From the perspective of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem,supply chain and synergy theory, it wants to exhaustive analyze and excavate the synergy deficiency problems of crossborder e-commerce logistics,and it tries to restore the characterization of synergy deficiency od cross-border e-commerce logistics.It finds that the synergy deficiency of cross-border ecommerce ecosystem,the synergy deficiency of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics, the synergy deficiency of cross-border logistics horizontal level,the synergy deficiency of cross-border logistics vertical level,the synergy deficiency of cross-border reverse logistics,the synergy deficiency of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics and their environment.Basing on these elements,it puts forward to a series of targeted selection path, which can promote cross-border e-commerce logistics synergy.
