Causes Analysis And Countermeasures Research On The Schedule Delay Of CMO Project In Pharmaceutical Intermediates Of S Company

With the very faster development of the drug discovery industry,the greater competition in CMO industry of pharmaceutical intermediates becomes,which leads to the higher requirements for such companies.It needs these companies which major in R&D and manufacturing of pharmaceutical intermediates to enhance the overall management level,improve the management standardization of pharmaceutical intermediates projects,and just to meet the very strict requirements of foreign-funded enterprises customers in new drug research and development.Based on above background,this article will take the project schedule management of CMO project in S company as the research object,in the form of interview to find out the possible reasons for the project delay in S company.Then,according to the results from interview to design a questionnaire and do a research in order to make sure which are the most important factors for project schedule delay.Combining with the current status of S company,to make a description and analysis on these factors.And then using the theories and methods of modern project schedule management,to propose the countermeasures for these shortages and problems,in order to improve the company's project schedule management capabilities,and raise up the project on time delivery rate and project management efficiency.Besides,the study result of this article can settle the project schedule delay problem of S company,it would also be helpful to all the other CMO R&D and manufacturers of pharmaceutical intermediates under such great pressure of competition,so it will be also a significant reference for these companies.
