With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,along with the turbulence in the ernational steel market and the adjustment of China's national policies,the competition between enterprises and enterprises tends to compete with talents,and the cultivation of the company's core competitive advantages becomes more and more.important.Therefore,how to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises in today's fierce competition often requires companies to pay more attention to the management of talents.Therefore,human resource management has gradually become an important part of corporate management,and the performance evaluation of the core position is Has become the key to talent management and construction.Has also become the focus of this article.Due to the characteristics and deficiencies in the management of domestic enterprises,they have caused many defects in human resources management,especially in performance management.Based on performance appraisal theory,this article takes BS Pipe Company as the research object,designs the performance evaluation system of the company's R&D personnel,and further studies the safeguard measures for implementing the performance appraisal system.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the performance management level of the R&D personnel of BS Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.will be improved,and it hopes to bring some reference significance to the performance appraisal management work of other companies.This paper adopts methods such as questionnaires and personnel interviews to conduct a survey on the current performance appraisal system of BS steel company R&D personnel,and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies,and then finds a more complete construction performance evaluation system for BS steel pipe R&D personnel.The prescription has rationalized the structure for the following specific assessment system.On this basis,with the help of the Balanced Scorecard idea and KPI performance appraisal methods,the company's R&D personnel's performance appraisal plan was designed,and the safeguard measures for implementing the performance appraisal system were further studied.
