AT Company Supplier Evaluation And Selection Under The Supply Chain Risk

In the context of economic globalization,the procurement,transportation,and storage links in the company's supply chain continue to expand from local to overseas.This extension of the supply chain has exacerbated the instability of the company's supply chain,causing frequent occurrence of risk events and with more serious consequences,supply chain risk has become an issue that companies need to pay urgent attention to.The supplier is in the upstream of the supply chain of the host company.It will have a significant impact on the supply chain in terms of product quality,delivery time,and cost,and will directly affect the efficiency of the entire supply chain.Scientific evaluation and selection of suppliers are the key link for companies to reduce the supply chain risk.Aiming at the current situation of supplier evaluation and selection in AT company,the establishment of supplier evaluation index system and selection method is deeply studied based on supply chain risk,and is applied in the evaluation and selection process of AT's suppliers.Firstly,a large amount of literature was studied.From the related theories of supply chain risk,supplier evaluation and selection,the purpose and content of the research were clarified,a fuzzy ANP algorithm model for supplier evaluation selection is constructed,and the principle and steps of the method are described.Secondly,The status of AT's industry and its suppliers' evaluation and selection is analyzed in depth,through the risk identification,questionnaires,etc.,determined the AT company supplier evaluation index system,and analyzed the mutual influence of risk factors,an ANP structural model for evaluating indicators was established.Finally,the weight of each evaluation index was calculated using fuzzy ANP,the main risk factors affecting the stability of the company's supply chain are analyzed,the supplier evaluation selection system and plan applicable to AT company are completed,and the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation selection system are verified.The research content of this thesis provides scientific decision support for AT company's supplier evaluation and selection under supply chain risk.The supplier evaluation and selection system can provide an important reference for similar enterprise.
