Procurement Risk Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Supply Chain

The world today is in the tide of economic globalization, deepening international division of labor and market expansion. Supply chains are moving in the direction of globalization, while market competition among enterprises will become increasingly intense. Under the influence of this trend, internal and external environment of the supply chain is undergoing significant changes and corporate purchasing risks also increased significantly. These changes put forward higher requirements for the operation of the enterprise supply chain. If we can identify the environmental changes and related risks, it will give a great help to enterprises. How to control the procurement risk in the range of reasonable cost and ensure the smooth procurement of manufacturing enterprises become managers of manufacturing concerns.The article first introduces the background and theory in the risk management and analyzes composition and characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in supply chain followed. On this basis, I analyze the risk factors of the procurement process in the enterprises from the three parties including the supply, marketing and internal management, and identify all the risk existed in the manufacturing procurement process. All of these are to construct manufacturing purchasing risk evaluation index system. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy numbers had established in order to quantitatively analyze and research the procurement process risks existed. In the process of calculating, the amendments of the importance of expert advices had been mainly considered which can make the weight distribution more reasonable. Finally, the method used in a case and we will make recommendations to the enterprise.Using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy numbers, this paper has done an empirical study on the basis of sorting out procurement risk factors in the manufacturing company. This study will have good theoretical and practical reference guide for managers of manufacturing companies to implement specific risk management and risk management system built.
