| The risk evaluation of the real estate investment project is a very complex system evaluation. The paper puts merely forth effort to provide a kind of thinking and frame to analyze and solve this kind of problem and provides reference for the administrator to make the decision more reasonable and scientific.Firstly, the comprehensive review of investment decision making on assets is given in this paper, the state of development of domestic and international real estate trade at present are analyzed , initial analysis to the influence factor of the development item of the real estate are carried on.Secondly, the limitation of the traditional appraisal method is studied and analyzed in this thesis. Aim at the feature of the investment project of the real estate, fuzzy mathematics principle and analytic hierarchy process are used to analysis the comprehensive evaluation assessment, and the comprehensive appraisal method of fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process is set up in the evaluation of risk on real estate investiment using the basic principle of triangular fuzzy number as well as analytical hierarchy process.Finally, the validity and practicability of the model is verified through the instance in this Paper, Which means the model is not only superior and scientific on theory aspect but also reliable and in application, this conclusion supplies effective method for risk assessment for real estate investment. |
