The Research Of Supplier Selection Based On Supply Chain Management

From1990"s,with the advent of economic globalization and market competition intensifies, supply chain management and supplier management have gained more and more companies started to strength the cooperation with suppliers, especially to make compact relationship with strategic suppliers supplies. So it is a very important concern to select the supplier that suit to the requirement of company’s development and that have a good development foreground. How to select the right supplier, choose which index and adopt which methods to evaluate and choose the suppliers are the main concern of this thesis.This thesis discusses the research background firstly, research status, and reviews the basic concept of supply chain management and supplier selection. Then study the classification of suppliers, this thesis summarizes the three types of suppliers based on supply chain management, which are transaction-based supplier, cooperative suppliers and supplier of alliance, and then design evaluation index system for three suppliers. Then discuss in detail the supplier selection and evaluation methods from supplier selection, evaluation methods to descript the choice of supplier assessment procedures. From the suppliers’s product advantages, suppliers internal strengths, external advantages, the degree of suppliers and suppliers match to build five matching supplier selection and evaluation index system, analytic hierarchy process to determine the right supplier selection index system of heavy, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight of each factor weight and their membership vector, get fuzzy evaluation matrix, get the results of the evaluation. Finally, LT cooperation conducted a case study of supplier selection, In the data analysis set forth in the detailed calculation of A HP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we constructed a more complete enterprise supplier selection framework in general. In this thesis, the supplier’s choosing of supply chain management environment promotes to enhancing the market competitiveness.
