| With the development of economy,the continues process of urbanization,in particular,the implementation of policies such as peaceful city and intelligent transportation construction,and so on.Which are closely related to security development,as well as the enhancement of public security awareness,China security industry has maintained a good momentum of growth in recent years.However,there are many problems in this process,how to grasp the current opportunity to develop and expand,and become the problem that all security manufacturers must and always need to think about.Especially security manufacturers how to scientific and reasonable supplier management and evaluation,in cost,delivery,to further improve quality,meet the needs of industry,become an important and realistic topic.This paper choose the triangular fuzzy number Analytic Hierarchy as the main research method of supplier evaluation,again through the AC company procurement based data,find out the various basic factors influencing the supplier evaluation,established the corresponding evaluation model of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).At the same time,combining with the purchasing department KPI evaluation indexes,after the industry expert’s triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy score,using the matrix operation,obtained the weight of all the basic factors,finally obtained the reasonable supplier evaluation method.Surveillance industry is booming,determines the industry’s manufacturing enterprises have to face harsh delivery demand,stable quality,and competition in the price,so many security manufacturers face the same difficulties,for example,how to conduct supplier evaluation scientifically and reasonably,develop supplier team with corresponding ability,improve delivery capability,ensure quality and provide reasonable price.This paper is also the first research and analysis of this project in this field,and it has important theoretical research value and practical guidance for the same type of enterprises. |
