Supply chain management emphasizes the coordination and cooperation among the enterprises which have the complementary capabilities and resources,the core competitive advantage lies in the long-term stable cooperative relationship between the nodes and the continuous improvement of the core business.The first problem of supply chain management is to evaluate and select partners,partnership not only exists between suppliers and manufacturers,but also between manufacturers and distributors.Especially in the current market competition environment of customer driven,it is an important part of supply chain management to carry on the objective evaluation and selection for distributors.This paper stands in the angle of strategic partner to study the selection theory,the selection process,the construction of the index system and the comprehensive evaluation model.First of all,this paper summarizes the existing research at home and abroad,puts forward the main problems in the current research,and illustrates the research ideas of this paper;secondly,in order to lay the theoretical foundation for further study,this paper introduces the concept of supply chain,distribution and supply chain management,expounds the important functions of the evaluation and selection of distributors to supply chain management,clears the role of distributors in the supply chain,redefines the distributor selection steps.Thirdly,based on the existing research of the distributor selection index system,this paper sets up a set of evaluation index system combineds with the idea of balanced score card,at the same time,the existing evaluation and selection methods are compared and analyzed,and this paper points out the characteristics of distributor evaluation and selection,puts forward a fuzzy multi-attribute decision model to solve the problem.The triangular fuzzy number,entropy weight,grey correlation method and TOPSIS method are combined to establish the multi-attribute decision-making model,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by a specific case.Finally,summarize the research content of this paper,get the conclusion and list the issues that need to be addressed in the next step.This paper regards the distributor as a long-term strategic partner of manufacturer,and based on the principle of balanced score card to build the evaluation index system of distributors,effectively improve the distributor selection in supply chain management to the height of the corporate strategy.In addition,in order to make up for the deficiency of single subjective weight and objective weight,this paper combines the triangular fuzzy number and the entropy weight method to determine the index weight,at the same time,combines fuzzy mathematics and multiple attribute decision making method to set up fuzzy multiple attribute decision making model which can consider both the subjective evaluation and the objective fact,so that the evaluation results are more realistic.
