For each enterprise,the employee is the capital of the enterprise,is the core competitiveness of the enterprise resources.Therefore,how to manage employees well,how to motivate employees and how to train employees are important tasks for enterprises.In order to do these jobs,enterprises need to do a lot of work,one of the very important work is research on the job satisfaction of employees.For the Chinese enterprises which invest in Viet Nam,the research on the job satisfaction is very important,because of in the cultural background and different range,managers must be suitable for different management measures.After looking for and researching a lot of reference documentations on the job satisfaction of employees deeply,and studying what is the actual situation of studying this problem in Viet Nam? the researcher did this literature by the following steps:First of all,this paper gave a detailed understanding of the relevant concepts and basic theories of employee job satisfaction,and then sumed up and made conclusions.Secondly,screening theory model and measurement tools,and then proposing the research hypothesis.Thirdly,investigating and recovering the data,and using SPSS software to do statistical disposal,factor analysis,regression analysis and recovering the results,and then giving the discussion and conclusion.After that,explore the problems existing in the influencing factors of job satisfaction among the Chinese funded enterprises according to the discussion and conclusion of the survey.Finally,the paper putted forward some effective solutions for creasing the satisfaction of employee.This study selected Bac Giang Province as the research area.In Viet Nam,Chinese enterprises are currently ranked third in investment projects.Bac Giang province is attracted the largest investment from Chinese enterprises in the northern of Viet Nam.This paper researched three companies,using Normative empirical research to study employee job satisfaction.The main conclusions of this paper as follows:Firstly,the age,marital status,educational background,job position and working years have a significant impact on the overall job satisfaction of employees,except gender which has not a significant impact on the overall job satisfaction of employees.Secondly,This paper redistricted the influencing factors of employee job satisfaction,including seven factors according to the degree of influence of high to low order: training,promotion and working conditions,wages,The job itself,corporate image,welfare,the relationship between colleagues,the relationship with boss.Thirdly,the paper adopts the average value of employee satisfaction,statistical analysis,and points out the problems in the job satisfaction of the employees of Vietnam-funded enterprises,including two aspects.Subjectively,employees from different backgrounds will have different attitudes and understanding of various aspects of the work;objectively,welfare system issues,promotion training and working conditions issues,salary system issues,superior relationship issues,corporate image issues,the work itself Issues and colleagues' relations problems which still exist many problems that employees are dissatisfied.Fourthly,based on the problems of employee satisfaction researched in this paper,this article also proposes management strategies to effectively improve the job satisfaction of the employees of the Chinese-funded enterprises in Vietnam,including Countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of employees' welfare,countermeasures to improve the staff's promotion training and the satisfaction of working conditions,Countermeasures to improve the employee's salary satisfaction,Countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of employees' superiors,Countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of employees' work itself,Countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of employees' company image,and Countermeasures to improve employee relationship satisfaction.
