As a pillar industry of the national economy,the real estate industry plays an important role in economic development and social stability.In recent years,under the background of social and economic structural transformation,the vast number of real estate enterprises are facing more and more severe tests.Continuing to rely on the previous extensive management mode is bound to be eliminated by the market.Therefore,real estate enterprises urgently need to improve their competitive advantages.Now the concept of talent development strategy is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and enterprises have gradually changed from resource-intensive to talent-intensive.Employees are no different from the most precious wealth of an enterprise,and they are also an indispensable part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.It is very important to establish an efficient and stable talent team in an enterprise.How to do a good job in human resources management and pool talents puts forward higher requirements for enterprises to do a good job in improving employees' job satisfaction,which to a large extent determines the competitiveness of enterprises' talents.First of all,on the basis of introducing the organizational framework and operation management status quo of Z Real Estate Company(hereinafter referred to as Z Company),this paper analyzes the operation management status quo of Z Company and points out the necessity of improving the job satisfaction of Z Company employees.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and drawing lessons from many job satisfaction scales at home and abroad,this paper constructs the job satisfaction measurement scale of Z Company employees from five dimensions of salary,promotion,colleague relationship,superior-subordinate relationship and work itself,and compiles the questionnaire.Under the coordination of colleagues in personnel administration department of company z,preliminary investigation and formal investigation were carried out.a total of 106 valid questionnaires were collected through formal investigation.SPSS22.0 software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis and correlation analysis on the collected questionnaire data.finally,the analysis showed that the job satisfaction of employees of company z was at a medium level,which needs further improvement and improvement.Thirdly,through combing the relevant research literature on the influencing factors of employees' job satisfaction,and in-depth in-depth interviews with Z Company on the influencing factors of job satisfaction,various factors affecting Z Company employees' job satisfaction are analyzed and sorted out,and the weight relationship of each influencing factor is obtained by using AHP,and the key factors are screened out.Finally,according to Z Company's external environment and internal conditions and aiming at the key influencing factors,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five dimensions of company system,work content,personal development,work group and enterprise itself,including: strengthening and improving the salary system,improving the welfare treatment system,expanding the development space for promotion,implementing flexible working hours mode,improving the working environment,rationally distributing work responsibilities,improving skills training,building internal trainers,and broadening the development space.Reserve outstanding talents,improve leadership management,improve interpersonal relationships among colleagues,build a good corporate culture,and strengthen the awareness of employees to participate in corporate management,in order to achieve the purpose of improving employee job satisfaction and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprise talents.The measurement scale of job satisfaction of employees in real estate enterprises developed in this paper and the identified influencing factors of job satisfaction further enrich the relevant theories of job satisfaction and promote the application and development of job satisfaction theory in the real estate field.The measures to improve employee job satisfaction proposed in this study can provide reference for Z Company and other similar real estate enterprises.This paper has 7 figures,62 tables and 109 references.
