With the development of economy and the country "The Belt and Road" strategy to promote,more and more China enterprises to "go out" to enter the overseas market,and the performance to a large extent in the overseas market Chinese enterprise depends on the success or failure of employees.In view of this fact,many Chinese and foreign scholars have carried out relevant research,but through literature reviews,research on expatriate has mostly focused on the individual level,cross-cultural environment,expatriate work pressure,salary system,emotion management,environment management and other aspects,a systematic study is still blank for health management for employees.The author summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad,drawing on related research results,combined with the Chinese oil expatriate case,analysis of the causes of Chinese enterprises expatriate health risk,has made certain theoretical innovation and practical application results.First,using cost-benefit analysis comparative analysis of occupation safety and health project investment costs and benefits brought by the estimated cost,benefit for enterprises overseas dispatch staff Chinese disease brought preventive measures;second,the use of methods such as questionnaires reveal overseas dispatch problems and causes of employee health management,countermeasures for the health management of overseas employees China enterprises,these policies into the original mechanism of macro policy and operational procedures,key factors to establish and maintain and improve the system of expatriate health management;third,the use of fuzzy Delphy Fa presents a complete Chinese enterprise overseas dispatch research framework,the key factors affecting employee health management fourth.The case study on the oil companies,according to the expatriate pressure and health Health management research results,comprehensive health management program design staff,according to the feasibility analysis puts forward countenneasures and suggestions to send overseas employee health management,improve staff efficiency and harmony degree and overseas work atmosphere,accumulate experience to other industries and enterprises promotion,have some theory breakthrough and practice innovation.
