Steel manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of our country's economy,has an important position in national economy of our country,along with our country economy into the "supply side" the new normal,industry competition intensifies,raw material prices change constantly,domestic and international market steel prices fell,the influence of such factors as HG iron and steel company's cost is high;At the same time,the iron and steel metallurgy industry in China after years of development,production process and technology innovation are increasingly perfect,through technical innovation,expand new field steel products to reduce costs,seize market,difficulty is too large and the possible causes of the input and output don't match,takes up a lot of manpower,material resources,influence enterprise's long-term development.In such a situation,only by improving internal management and strictly controlling costs,can enterprises emerge from the fierce competition.In this paper,the lean thought is applied to the cost management of HG steel company,and the cost management mode suitable for the enterprise itself is constructed.First of all,this paper starts from the whole steel industry and expounds the necessity of strengthening the transformation of cost management of steel enterprises.Secondly,in the second chapter,the theory of lean cost management is elaborated,which explains the advantages of the traditional cost management of lean cost management.Thirdly,in chapter 3,the present situation of HG company's cost management and the existing problems of cost management are discussed.Finally,the design of the lean cost management scheme is carried out for the defects of HG company's existing cost management,from procurement and production.The four aspects of logistics and service introduce the concrete measures of the implementation of lean cost management.For the procurement process,optimize the purchasing process by introducing the operation idea,and build a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with the supplier to realize the lean process of procurement;For production,using the method of system arrangement design(SLP)of the production workshop layout to create production process,through strengthening production process control,total quality management,and other measures to ensure the production line of the lean;For the logistics link and service link,through the department setup and the construction process,realize the cost control of the whole operation to achieve the lean.In this paper,the research shows that: first,to meet customer demand as the guidance,based on the whole value chain of the lean cost management can apply to the procurement,production,logistics and service link,such as encouraging use a variety of cost management method,and reach the effect of minimizing the cost;Second,HG's current cost management issues,such as suppliers and workshop production layout,can be solved by implementing lean cost management.Third,through the lean cost management scheme design,in the business operations of procurement,production,logistics and service link implementation process reengineering and cost control,to improve enterprise cost management,and provide certain reference significance for other industry enterprises.
