Since the 18th national congress,China will strengthen the supply-side reform and economic restructing,its state-owned-mechanism are reforming and market-oriented reform is implementing in an orderly way.In order to improving the competitiveness of state-owned-enterprises,intergrating the market economic and state-owned-enterprises and let the them survive without state fund support,reserving of talent team is become more and more important and urgent.So,how to catch the historical opportunities to strengthen the role of market mechanisms,to create the fairer and more open environment,to optimize the architecture,to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,become to the key point of the enterprises development.This thesis intends to combine the theory of human resource and managerial experiences of industry benchmark to analyze the reseasons of staff turnover and management problems of A company,then propose the strategies of remain in Employment,in order to reduce the staff turnover and increase efficiency of A company.Advanced expierences and methods are applied to state-owned businesses,in order to improve the human resource management level.
