Human Resource Management model becomes a key point for the enterprises to improve themselves in the market conditions. With the changing external environment and Growing Enterprise needs, Traditional Human Resource Management methods could not match the enterprises'development. Many enterprises have broken up long-term and Stable labor relations. Short-term and temporary Employment relationships has a large proportion of labor relations. What is more, the new employment methods are used as a tool for enterprises to reduce the labor cost to meet certain special needs in companies in order to increase the firm flexibility and competition abilities.Non-traditional employment methods have been used abroad for quite a long time. They have formed perfect management systems and methods in this field in developed countries. Meanwhile the scholars abroad have done some profound researches about it as well. Obviously employment diversity has been accepted and used widely abroad with mature management and control system. Comparing with the developed countries, employment diversity just developed recently in China. But employment diversity has been an inevitable direction in the enterprises labor system, also has been a new embodiment in modern new employment relationships.The article summaries the theories such as traditional employment, Non-standard employment, Employment Diversity and ect, and explains several model about employment diversity, and analyses the reason, At last the article explores the Human Resource Management operation design. As the same time, The article brings forward some Human Resource Management measures in the model of Diversification employment.
