The COVID-19 came out of the blue,and the "new form of employment" went deep into the human resources community.All enterprises were looking for ways to reduce operating costs.Flexible employment undoubtedly became an important way for enterprises to reduce operating costs.Under such a background,flexible employment gradually became one of the key topics in the academic community.At the same time,the flexible employment mode is also constantly updated and changed.However,at present,China’s emerging labor relations under flexible employment lack the guidance of sound laws,regulations and policies,and there is no unified and complete enterprise management system in the industry.In recent years,the problems that have erupted in China’s enterprises under flexible employment have gradually caused widespread concern in the society.Based on the exploration of flexible employment at home and abroad,and based on the flexible employment practice of Company A,this paper makes full use of literature research,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods.It is intended to help Company A resolve employee engagement,labor conflict,liquidity and legal issues.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing risks of flexible employment in Company A,this paper finally draws the following conclusions:since enterprises have chosen flexible employment,they should treat flexible employees equally as regular employees;When flexible employment is selected,the employees should conscientiously fulfill the contract commitments and actively obey the work arrangements of the employment enterprises and human resources companies;Human resources companies should earnestly fulfill the responsibility of coordination and communication as a third party;China’s legislature has promulgated and improved laws,regulations and policies on flexible employment as soon as possible,and relevant administrative departments have issued policy guidance on flexible employment according to the situation in a timely manner to promote the healthy and orderly development of the flexible employment industry.The current flexible employment problems faced by Company A and the final solutions and suggestions are universal.It is expected that this study can provide useful reference for other enterprises to improve the level of flexible employment risk management and the development of harmonious labor relations.
