In the era of shared economy,the enterprises of online car-appointment industry have gradually had the opportunity of rapid development.The development of the online car industry has also continuously improved the social convenience,especially the emergence and progress of enterprises such as drip companies,which makes people travel more diversified,and the services provided by such non-employable companies have increasingly aroused public concern.Despite its convenience and low price,the services provided by Drop Company can be recognized by passengers and facilitate public travel.However,the current non-employable human resources of Drop Company are relatively loose,and the unified management of human resources is very difficult.In addition,the management of part-time drivers in labor relations,performance pay,training and development is relatively special,which invisibly increases the difficulty of human resources management and causes more types of risks.This study takes the risk assessment of non-employment human resource management and its coping strategies as the research subject,collects and analyses the relevant references,grasps the research status of scholars at home and abroad,and summarizes the research conclusions of human resource management risk of online car-booking enterprises.At the same time,this study adopts literature research method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,and empirical analysis method.Then,this study analyzed the concepts of human resource management,non-employment human resource management and human resource management risk,discussed the relevant theories,such as transaction cost theory,core competitiveness theory,risk management theory,game theory,and pointed out that the characteristics of non-employment human resources are summarized as follows:special management object,complex management relationship,and flexible management mode.Live.Based on the basic situation of drip travel platform,this study analyzed the main body of risk identification,the process of risk identification and the method of risk identification,and elaborated the principle of risk evaluation and the system of risk evaluation index when constructing the risk evaluation model.On this basis,the risk evaluation model was constructed.In the application of risk assessment model,after designing and issuing questionnaires according to the basic situation of drip trips,the collected receipts are processed,and the investigation is analyzed.In view of the conclusions obtained after the survey and the problems existing in the risk assessment and application of non-employment human resources management of Drop-drop companies,this paper puts forward that Drop-drop travel platform needs to optimize the risk response strategies of non-employment human resources management,including recruitment risk response strategies,training risk response strategies,performance risk response strategies and labor relationship risk response strategies.Based on the results of questionnaires,using risk assessment model and data processing method,this study summarizes the problems of risk assessment and response of drip travel platform in non-employment human resources management,and puts forward countermeasures for recruitment risk,training risk,performance risk and labor relationship risk.
