In recent years,the rapid development of the logistics industry,warehousing and transportation from the past to the present supply chain management,information systems,e-commerce has changed the traditional logistics enterprises in the market environment,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,especially the volume,region of small and medium enterprises proprietary talent and cost faced with challenges,some small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have lower profits or even losses,operating difficulties phenomenon.Therefore,the regional logistics enterprises,how to develop in line with the strategic planning of its actual development in the fierce competitive environment,to meet the market demand,the flexibility to respond to changes in the market,realize the sustainable development is very important.This paper takes Dalian HCDB logistics company as the research object,the actual status of the development of enterprises based on the related theories and methods of strategic management through the Potter five forces model analysis,SWOT analysis,KSF analysis,comprehensive analysis on the company's survival and development environment,analysis of current situation and existing problems of enterprises,creating core competitiveness for enterprises in line with the development of strategic planning,business development,strategic planning to adjust the organizational structure and human resources allocation,so as to help enterprises to respond flexibly to market changes,improve the enterprise's overall competitive advantage,to provide guidance to help enterprises in the strategic development and decision on the future.Through the analysis of the research conclusions: Dalian HCDB logistics company's strategic choice is to optimize the core business,continuous improvement and innovation on the basis of seeking differentiation,and gradually cultivate new sources of profit.The need to do the following: firstly,to fully tap the value of each department,strategy oriented adjust company structure,customer resources,infrastructure,technical resources,human resources,information resources integration;Secondly,the realization of financial management innovation,continuously expand new business development,supply chain management,strengthen the construction of logistics information management system and improve the logistics operation process,pay attention to enterprise management services;Thirdly,the establishment of horizontal strategic alliance and strategic alliance,strategic alliance to improve the logistics service network.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment,the integration of strategic objectives and development mode of enterprises,improve the flexibility and adaptability of the whole enterprise,promote the enterprises to create a lasting core competitiveness,sustainable development.
