Construction industry is a pillar industry of national economic construction,and closely linked with national economic development and people's lives.The rapid growth of the construction industry has contributed greatly to the growth of the national economy.However,its extensive economic growth mode is accompanied by high pollution,high consumption,low energy efficiency and other issues.The rapid growth of the construction industry is at the expense of large amounts of resources and energy,The construction industry's energy saving gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Based on the real problem of energy efficiency in China's construction industry,this paper takes the energy efficiency of China's construction industry as the research object,and takes the measurement of energy efficiency of regional construction industry as the starting point,focusing on the dynamic evolution of regional energy efficiency and its influencing factors.From the industry level,to expand the energy efficiency of the research object and content,in practice,to improve China's regional construction industry energy efficiency to provide a reference.To study the dynamic evolution of regional energy efficiency and its influencing factors,it is necessary to have a profound understanding of energy efficiency and evaluate it.To study the dynamic evolution of regional autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2015,using the data envelopment analysis method(DEA)in the input-oriented CCR model,which is based on the data system of energy resources,labor force,capital investment and construction output value,calculating the target input of each decision-making unit-province construction industry energy.Combined with the energy efficiency of the construction industry evaluation method,with the target energy input divided by the corresponding actual energy input,to measure the energy efficiency of China's regional construction industry.Secondly,based on the energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China,the dynamic evolution of energy efficiency in regional construction industry is analyzed.This paper analyzes the spatial evolution of regional energy efficiency in China's regional construction industry by using cluster analysis and convergence analysis,and compares the vertical and horizontal energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China,and analyzes the time evolution of energy efficiency in regional construction industry in China.Then,based on the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of energy efficiency in regional construction industry,Tobit regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors that affect the energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China and the influence of influencing factors on the energy efficiency of regional construction industry.The results show that there is a big difference in the energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China.Tianjin,Heilongjiang and Beijing and other 13 areas of the construction industry,the energy efficiency is higher and relatively stable,Chongqing,Henan and Sichuan and other seven areas of the construction industry energy efficiency over the years the average is relatively high Inner Mongolia,Gansu and Hainan,and other10 areas of the construction industry,the average historical energy efficiency is low.The dynamic evolution of energy efficiency in regional construction industry in China has a certain regularity.From the point of view of spatial evolution of energy efficiency in regional construction industry in China,SPSS software is used to cluster the energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China.Among them,Tianjin,Heilongjiang,Beijing,Guangxi,Zhejiang,Jilin,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Liaoning belong to high efficiency areas,Inner Mongolia,Gansu and Hainan are low efficiency areas,and other provinces are classified as middle efficiency areas.The coefficient of variation of the three regions and the national construction industry is analyzed.The variation coefficient of the high efficiency region shows a decreasing trend,showing obvious convergence characteristics.The variation coefficient of the low efficiency region shows an upward trend and does not converge;The convergence of the central region is not obvious.National energy efficiency in the construction industry is convergence,the gap between the provinces continue to decrease over time.Analysis on the time evolution of energy efficiency of regional construction Industry in China from the angle of horizontal and vertical.Longitudinal analysis shows that the energy efficiency of the construction industry in the whole country,the high efficiency region,the middle efficiency region and the low efficiency region shows a relatively stable upward trend during the research period.The results of horizontal analysis show that the regional energy efficiency in China's regional construction industry as a whole showed a downward trend.The factors that affect the energy efficiency of China's construction industry are diversified,including:industrial organization structure,urbanization level,population density,industrial development level,science and technology level,capital allocation,energy consumption structure and auxiliary industry development level.But the impact of different indicators on the different regions of the significance of different.Although theoretically,the two factors of industrial openness and industrial development level have an impact on the energy efficiency of the construction industry,but it is not statistically significant,and the two are not related to the energy efficiency of the regional construction industry.Among the eight factors with significant influence,the industrial organization structure,the level of urbanization,the level of industrial development,the level of science and technology,the allocation of capital and the level of auxiliary industry are positively related to the energy efficiency of China's regional construction industry,and the population density and Energy structure has a negative impact on China's regional construction energy efficiency.In short,based on domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of research results,this article research the construction industry energy efficiency.Through the measurement and evaluation of the energy efficiency of regional construction industry in China,and analyzing the current situation of energy utilization in China's construction industry is conducive to strengthening the understanding of government and industry authorities on China's regional construction industry energy efficiency.The study on the dynamic evolution of energy efficiency in regional construction industry in China will help the relevant departments to grasp the trend of energy efficiency.Study on the influencing factors and regional differences of energy efficiency among China's construction industry can provide a solid theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate effective energy saving measures.In short,a more comprehensive analysis of China's regional construction industry energy efficiency and its economic,environmental and social impact,China's economic restructuring and sustainable development of the construction industry has practical significance.
