In the process of market economy structure adjustment and industrial cluster development pattern, the circulation industry which serves social material circulation plays a significant role in supporting economic development and is vital to obtain sound development. But at present, the small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises, the largest enterprise group of China circulation industry, are not only Caught in the development pattern with large amount, small, less, scattered and weakness characteristics, but also faced the competition of large-scale logistics enterprises, the increasingly saturated demand of logistics services. They also face the fierce competition among small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises posing a threat to sustainable development and obviously impeding development. In addition, the Logistics alliance operation mode which achieves resource integration and the complement of each logistics service is seen as an effective way to optimize the development of small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises well as the challenge of weak alliance stability. Most importantly, the benefits distribution is the major constraint of the alliance stability. In this context, this paper analyzes the benefit distribution of small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises, which provides helpful reference for the steady operation of small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance and some supplement for the field of logistics alliance research. This paper takes the interest distribution of small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises as the research object, and builds the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of profit distribution model of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance by using the TOPSIS method. In addition, measuring the superiority of the comprehensive benefit distribution model and the effectiveness of ensuring the stability of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance based on case.Firstly, for getting the benefit distribution variables of ?i,Gi,?i and ?t,the Shapley Method, the competing Game, the AHP method and the general weight method are used.Firstly, this paper calculates benefit distribution variables of ?i,Gi,?i and ?t from the perspective of marginal contribution, effort level, risk and input costs, through the method of the Shapley Method, the competing Game, the AHP method and the general weight method. Then,in order to constructs the comprehensive benefit distribution model and determines the benefit allocation ?i of the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, taking of ?i,Gi,?i and ?t as the raw variable of TOPSIS method. Finally, study compares the variables of benefits each other. The result of analysis shows that the comprehensive benefit allocation model based on TOPSIS is effectively to assess the marginal contribution, effort level, risk and input costs and solve the problem of nonconformity caused by the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise resource heterogeneity and service functions differences. In conclusion, the comprehensive benefit allocation model based on TOPSIS can better meet the needs of the rational and the benefits distribution in the alliance of the small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and also can significantly ensure the stable operation of small-sized and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance.
