Under the background of that the transformation of logistics industry in our country started from accumulation stage to the phase of concentrated development and the rapid development of information network technology, small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance becomes a new logistics organization and management model. Promoting the share of alliance network resources, effective flow and optimized allocation have important practical significance in terms of the true situation that are high failure rate, poor stability and low collaborative degree on small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance, and they are the development of breadth and depth of strategic alliance theory and logistics network theory research, so they have academic value. Affected by the differences of subject and value orientation, the research conclusion at home and foreign produce some differences and the system will be quite scattered. This article,which title is research on network synergy mechanism of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance, researches the network elements, intension requires, patterns and value realization of network synergy mechanism on small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance, and puts forward that combining the base layer, organization, management, and the network layer to work together,builds up operate platform of alliance synergy mechanism,and provides theoretical guidance and method support in order to promote the synergy, stable and sustainable of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance.First, this article defines the background and problems of research, summarizes and evaluates the situation of development in terms of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise alliance, logistics network and the logistics synergy at home and abroad, and proposes the study meaning and the content.
