The Study On Formation Mechanism And Operation Mechanism Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises Alliance

With the rapid development of commodity production，logistics industry have reached ahigher level of stage in our country, and presents a new development trend and characteristics.Part of logistics enterprise began to compete based on cooperation, that is establishedpartnerships with each other as unions, and share the logistics business together. Especiallyfor the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. Confronted with the industrial structurechanges, the mutant environment of intense competitions and market environment, thelogistics enterprise alliance as a means to lower costs, access to variety of resources andimprove competitiveness of logistics enterprise, so many logistics alliances have been set up.Logistics alliance as a pattern that across organizational boundaries and joined the businesstogether. So as to improved the weak position of medium-sized logistics enterprises. Throughthe logistics alliance, enterprises will obtain better economic and social benefits, at the sametime, it can provide a new direction of logistics enterprise in our countries. In this context, thispaper studied the formation of motivation and its operating mechanism in order to supplycertain theoretical guidance for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Firstly, based on relative theories of enterprise alliance and some concepts aboutEnterprise Alliance, such as the meaning of the enterprise alliance, theoretical explanation, thecharacteristics of alliance and the type of alliance, etc. This paper introduces the conpect ofsmall and the concept of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance, analyzes theinformation model of small and medium-sized logistics alliance, and simply discussed theappropriate model for small and medium-sized logistics alliances by analyzing the differentmodes.Secondly, this paper discussed the formation mechanism of the small and medium-sizedlogistics enterprises alliance in terms of four aspects: the phase characters of the developmentof logistics; the environmental changes outside the enterprise; the demands in the process ofenterprise development and formation agent of small and medium-sized logistics enterprisesalliance based on economic theories.Logistics Enterprise Alliance’s long-term stable operation depends on a set of effectivemechanisms. This article studies the operating mechanism of the alliance and the policyguarantees of the government through aspects of credit, motivation, management and entryand exit of the member.Based on the comprehensive synthesis of ancient theories, this article systematicallystudies the formation mechanism and operating mechanism of the small and medium-sizedlogistics enterprises alliance. This study will not only conduct the alliance to operate stably,but also deepen the logistics research and support the development of logistic of China.
