As China's logistics industry opens up gradually, more and more foreign logistics enterprises enter in to make China's logistics industry go into the international competition stage. However, the development of logistics industry in China lags far more behind others. The data shows that there are nearly one million of logistics-related enterprises, while 99% are the small and medium enterprises. As these small and medium sized logistics enterprises showed some weak features with small, single-service functions, and weak strength, alliances build up between them, so they can gain a foothold with this group advantage. Various strategic objectives of alliance in the long run can be due to gaining better benefit, so is the small and medium sized logistics alliance. One of the inevitable problems they would confront is the distribution of benefit. However, in reality, the small and medium sized logistics alliance focused on the immediate, short-term interests, lack of strategic understanding and thinking of the decision-making program for benefit distribution, which makes their separate operation level and the alliance's overall operation level not effectively improved. Therefore, based on symbiosis theory, from the perspective of symbiosis, this paper attempts to study the benefit distribution of the small and medium sized logistics alliance. First, this paper analyzed symbiotic unit, symbiotic environment in the small and medium sized logistics alliance, combining the characteristics of the small and medium sized logistics alliance, proposed two alliance structure models:dynamic star model and dynamic support model, from this, derived their symbiotic model is belong to interval mutualism. Then this paper analyzed the characteristics of the benefit distribution in the small and medium distribution logistics alliance, proposed the benefit distribution mechanism; From the perspective of symbiosis, analyzed the factors of benefit distribution specifically:physical resources, intangible resources, risk, efforts; In addition, market resource is one of the important resources, used logistics service quality to evaluate their efforts; AHP and fuzzy evaluation method were used to measure each factor and indicator; at last, used a numerical example to implement the process of benefit distribution. This paper is aimed to provide some theoretical guidance to the benefit distribution for the development of the small and medium sized logistics alliances to achieve better long-term development. This has some certain reference significance.
