Research On Stability Evaluation Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises Alliance

China’s small and medium logistics enterprise alliance has gained a certain degree of development, but the success rate is still not high, the number of stable sustainable development alliance is limited. Ultimately, the lack of stability of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance is a coalition led to the low success rate and unstable sustained growth. Through the stability evaluation of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, this paper enhances the union to further understand the development of the Union itself and the risk of instability. Meanwhile, this paper helps them to avoid the risk identification and decision-making and to lay the foundation for stable and sustainable development of the Union.Firstly, the connotation and features of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance were discussed, this paper proposed two basic characteristics of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance: lifecycle and network evolution. On the basis, this paper defined the content and performance of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, and analyzed of the types and sources of instability in the league. Secondly, this paper analyzed the structure and mechanism of action factors influencing the stability of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, proposed factors and mechanism of action based on the life cycle in different stages of development. Thirdly, this paper constructed index system of based on the different stages of the development life cycle of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, established a comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, two types at different stages of the life cycle of the alliance of small and medium enterprise logistics alliance stability examples were evaluated.Research shows that in the development process of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, it exhibits significant milestones along with the alliance life cycle, In cultivation, development, maturity, and decline period the strategic objectives and the main tasks of the Alliance were all different. Based on characteristics of the different stages of development of small and medium logistics enterprise alliance, the performance of its stability, factors and evaluation system are different.
