The Study On The Strategic Alliance Of Medium And Small-Sized TPL Corporations In Our Country

With the growth of macroeconomics, TPL has a fast development in our country. However, logistic enterprises in our country, which have no obvious competitive edge and low core competitive ability, appear smaller, fewer, weaker and scatter than those in the other developed countries in market competing. Medium and small-sized TPL corporations in our country should cooperate with instead of opposition against each other for altering the inferior position in market competing. The dissertation attempts to discuss the issue that middle & small scale logistics enterprises in our country aim to commonly develop as to enhance competitive ability overall by strategic alliance.First, the dissertation analyzes backgrounds of strategic alliance emerging, attributes of strategic alliance and the reasons of enterprise organizing strategic alliance. On the basis of the theory, by further analyzing the current condition and future developing trend of middle & small scale logistics enterprise in our country, the dissertation presents the outlook that strategic alliance is the most suitable developing model for China's medium and small-sized TPL corporations.On the subject, the dissertation puts forward three kinds of effective pattern forming strategic alliance for China's medium and small-sized TPL corporations to develop and heighten the core competitive ability. The part, organizing strategic alliance by share arrangements, developing dynamic alliance by making contracts and agreements and forming industrial alliance by relying upon medium organizations, is major content of the dissertation.The dissertation then offers some suggestions for China's medium and small-sized TPL corporations to successfully form and run strategic alliance. A case of SEA·POWER Logistic Corporation is analyzed next to again verify the viewpoint that strategic alliance is the most suitable developing model for China's medium and small-sized TPL corporations. In the end of the dissertation, it puts forward some suggestions on the further study.
