WM in Zhejiang is a large welfare enterprise with more than 26 percent of disabled employees as an international and technical well-known enterprise in Zhejiang province.The enterprise strength has been strengthened and the staff has been growing in the market competition.But in recent years,the demission number of people with disabilities has increased year by year,and the total number of disabled employees has decreased.Management department also expresses concern about the working conditions of disabled employees.Among the many factors affecting the demission of disabled employees of WM,the deficiency of the training system of disabled employees is the leading factor.Therefore,this paper focuses on optimizing the training system of disabled employees in WM during the research process.Based on the research on the existing training system of disabled employees in WM,this paper finds that the training scheme for employees with disabilities need to be optimized and perfected.Based on the actual situation of the existing training system for disabled employees in WM,the current situation and problems of the training of employees with disabilities are analyzed through questionnaires and interviews.The optimization design scheme of staff training system of WM Company in Zhejiang province is developed in combination with the particularity of disabled employees.The research process mainly focuses on employee training process and uses the Goldstein staff training demand improvement model.Optimize the training needs of disabled employees in WM company by combining the performance gap analysis to;the training organization structure and process system are adjusted for the training of disabled employees and the Kirkpatriek level 4 evaluation model is improved to optimize the training evaluation effect;improve staff training support system through communication mechanism and special training equipment;the training results of disabled employees are optimized based on the theory of the same factor.Formulate specific training system optimization design scheme in order to solve the problems existing in the training of WM disabled employees.Clarify the basic contents of the transformation of the training results of disabled employees of WM Company and develop the safeguard measures for theoptimization and implementation of disabled staff training system in WM.By optimizing the training system of disabled employees,this paper can better integrate the disabled employees into the company.At the same time,promote the individual growth of employees,and ultimately make the company more united and efficient.This research can also provide a certain reference for enterprises in the same industry.
