S Company Process Optimization Research Based On ACE System

With the rapid development of aero-engine maintenance business and the expansion of production scale,the competition of aviation maintenance industry is becoming more and more fierce.At the same time,aviation engine maintenance market globalization,domestic labor costs soaring,maintenance prices stabilized,customers of on-time delivery and product quality assurance requirements more and more high,the traditional management has been unable to adapt to the development needs of future aviation engine maintenance.So,aviation maintenance enterprises must strengthen management,improve the management level,the use of advanced management system and management tools to make the level of the core competitiveness of enterprises to continuously improve,to be in an invincible position in the competition,to seize more opportunities in the future.This paper is based on the S aero engine maintenance company as an example,based on some aspects of the process the company encountered are analyzed and summarized,and the production and non-production in two aspects of the process;to optimize the related process with ACE tools,summed up a set of theory and practice of combining management ideas and methods.It provides a powerful tool for the continuous improvement of the enterprises in the future,and also contributes to the company's market competition in the future.This paper also provides some references for the domestic aviation industry practitioners,especially the process optimization for the prevention of human factors and company error repair process in the process of improving productivity and provides a certain reference value,also proved an important contribution to the concept of lean management.
