Research Of R Company Gemba Kaizen Based On Continuous Improvement Process Theory

This thesis based on CIP theory and integrating the IE & lean Production knowledgeand method to systematically analyse the CR production welding & assembly line of Rcompany in order to continuously improve the gemba of the work.Through the continuous improvement process activity of R company's CR line ,Thisthesis especially expounds to the important theory that involves in the real application ofpresent IE, And systematically discuss the method of improvement the gemba. by whichCR line was analyzed and optimized in layout , material flow , process flow , line balanceetc. Thereafter, many wastes and non-valued added works was eliminated , WIP(Work-in-Process) and MCT(Manufacturing Cycle Time) were reduced ,production modelof one piece flow was realized basically ,the production efficiency of line wasimproved ,and production cost was also reduced ,then ,product competitive wasstrengthened. At the last this thesis also utilizes the economics knowledge to discuss thedirectly and indirectly beneficial result after the improvement of the welding & assemblyline.This research has high reference for R Company and the same manufacturingenterprises to implement kaizen improvement ,some domestic enterprises as well.
