| Entrepreneurial environment is one of the important factors thataffect the process of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success.The establishment of entrepreneurial environment evaluation model is a good way to know the state of entrepreneurial environment,to analyze the factors that affect the entrepreneurial environment,toput forwardcorresponding countermeasures when problems arise,to improve the entrepreneurial environment effectively and furthermore to promote the rapid and stable development of the economy.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,according to the specific circumstances of China’s entrepreneurial environment,this paper constructs the index system of entrepreneurial environment and establishes the five levels of government environment,economic environment,market environment,basic environment and human environment,as well as financial support and other12 secondary indicators,the total amount of taxes and other 37 three indicators of the entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system.This paper adopts Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the proportion of the index system at all levels.This paper adopts comprehensive index method to build entrepreneurial environmental assessment model.The Using the entrepreneurial environment evaluationmodel to evaluate the entrepreneurial environment of Jining 11 counties. |
