Evaluation Study On Entrepreneurial Environment In Hebei Province

This article is the analysis of entrepreneurial environment of Hebei Province, and its comprehensive evaluation, the purpose is to find advantages and disadvantages in the entrepreneurial environment of Hebei Province, there are advantages and disadvantages, and then optimize itDifferent areas are suitable for different business, depending on the local entrepreneurial culture, a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship of resources. These three conditions is a fundamental point of the entrepreneurial environment, directly determines the quality of entrepreneurial environment of a region. Entrepreneurship is a process, which includes identifying opportunities, integrating resources, establishing business and corporating business and a series of process. This paper will embed entrepreneurial culture, a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial resources and other elements in the business process, establish a evaluation system of entrepreneurial environment, evaluate and analyse the entrepreneurial environment of Hebei Province, and identify the advantages and disadvantages of culture and resources in Hebei Province and the bottleneck of the entrepreneurial process. This will s be very ystematic to find the overall state of the entrepreneurial environment in Hebei Province, and to provide a reliable basis for optimization.This paper describes the theory on the entrepreneurial environment, Clear definition, elements and their associated research of business environment, in order to establish the theoretical basis of this article. Then the paper establish a business environment evaluation system, Gaving a description of evaluation and analysis method---fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. After that, it makes a evaluation for eleven fegion of Hebei Province, including evaluation of sub-areas and sub-industry evaluation, from a different point of view analyze the internal business environment in Hebei Provinc. Then all the provinces of the country will be evaluated for the entrepreneurial, the paper will rank them, from the view of country analyze the status and characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment in Hebei Province. At last, Combined with the preceding analysis, it provides targeted recommendations on improving the business environment in Hebei Province.
