| Entrepreneurial activity plays an important role in enhancing the level of regional economic,scientific and technological innovation,reduce the gap between rich and poor and so on.A lot of researchers pay attention to entrepreneur characteristics,entrepreneurial processes and entrepreneurial networks,considering the relationship of entrepreneurial characteristics,regional entrepreneurial environments and other main agency influence the create and grow of new ventures.Enhance the level of regional entrepreneurship activity,in order to systematically improve the quality of entrepreneurial activity,the regional entrepreneurial environment,especially for the high-growth entrepreneurial activity.Improving the insufficient sides of regional entrepreneurial environment,so concerned about entrepreneurship ecosystem health is of great theoretical and practical significance.But the regional entrepreneurial performance is quite different in different regions,so it calls some research about why do some Entrepreneurial Ecosystem perform better than other regions?In order to answer this question,this paper card the research of entrepreneurial ecosystem and relative theories about entrepreneurship systematical,including entrepreneurial characteristics,the progress of entrepreneurial activity,entrepreneurial network,entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial environment,some sociology theory,some theory about cluster.After integrating the items of the international authoritative report,classic literature and open interviews,using pre-survey to test the rationality of hole scale,further use of objective weighting method,Entropy method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on making horizontal comparison among the 11 cities of Zhejiang Province.Finally,by comparing the health status of different aspects of the region,we put forward suggestions for improvement for them.Research contents and some main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the development process of scale,building the entrepreneurial ecosystem evaluation system.Through searching the relevant literature,organizing domestic and foreign reports,interviewing the entrepreneur are three ways to obtain the audition index,further discussion by experts,determining the initial set of indicators audition,based on the theoretical basis and entrepreneurial ecosystem data to set criteria level by operability,integrity principles.After analysis the 130 valid cases data from pre-survey activity among Hangzhou,Zhoushan and Jiaxing,excluding Reliability and Validity of headings unacceptable means to obtain a survey questionnaire shown in Appendix.(2)According to the steps of the evaluation index system construction,statistics the score of various Entrepreneurial Ecosystem indexes.After a the scale correction to determine the formal survey questionnaire,and then conduct research sample among the 11 cities in Zhejiang Province,recovering 599 valid questionnaires for more than 4 months,excluding 69 cases that old enterprises,obtaining 530 valid samples,various regional distribution will remain at 10%of the equilibrium state.Through the evaluation of data processing to eliminate internal indicators mean questions of difference,standardized treatment to eliminate difference between the perception of various indicators,obtaining standardized data collection,calculating the weight of index by entropy method,the collection of standardized and comprehensive set of weights calculated,obtain various cities entrepreneurial ecosystem consolidation of scores,finding that Hangzhou performance ahead of the effect of the support for entrepreneurial activity of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Zhejiang,Zhoushan,Shaoxing,followed by other regions,Quzhou needs more improvement.(3)After comparing the various different aspects of the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem,we begin to comparative analysis this targeted differences indicators,there will be some suggestions at the last.Evaluation obtains various regions of entrepreneurship ecosystems performance score,because the market ecosystem characteristic multi-agency body,the main difference between the various regional bodies to improve contrast weakness index has significant importance.The entrepreneurial ecosystem of Quzhou composites score ranked in the bottom,most of the indicators are in a backward position among all cities,although the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Hangzhou overall score far ahead of other cities,but its entrepreneurial network is No.7,Hangzhou is also to improve the business ecosystem quality We need to focus on where each region has some indicators needs to be improved in order to optimize the overall quality of regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.The innovation of this article may include:Firstly,build entrepreneurial ecosystem assessment scale,lay the foundation for the late start to understand ecosystem conditions in all regions;Secondly,to verify the reasonableness of the scale by sampling the 11 cities in Zhejiang Province,at the same time comparative analysis the differences between the various aspects of the different areas and make recommendations for improvement;Thirdly,by comparison among different regional index score,it was found in all regions entrepreneurial ecosystem differences in performance terms,and made specific recommendations for improvement;Fourthly,building evaluation index system,make the appropriate analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different regions.These findings have important theoretical contribution to the study of late,for different regions to understand the region's entrepreneurial ecosystem situation has important significance tool. |
