In recent years,with the continuous development of Chinese economic society,thedevelopment direction of Chinese post gradually tends from simplification to diversification.But its main business is still based on physical deliver logistics business.With the development of the environment changing,the postal business service is also facing a new challenge and development opportunity.How to cope with the challenge,active marketing strategy is necessary.The paper is based on the domestic and foreign related research results and using service marketing theory,marketing mix strategy,PEST analysis model and some other basic theories.On the basis of all above,the paper used extensive investigation and combined with the present stage of the postal business marketing service to give a detailed analysis about the current post deliver business internal and external environment and service marketing strategy.The paper would like to explore a series of protection measures which meets current postal delivering business services from the management idea,network marketing,performance monitoring system and other aspects,and in order to provid some meaningful contribution for the healthy development of H city postal business.
