To this day, information industry has been in the process of the 4th tidal wave. Going with the era centered with content and application coming, the traditional era centered with network is on the point of the end. The traditional competitive means, such as advertisement, channel and price are not longer the definitive factors. Only guided by clients requirements and enhancing service quality, together with creating service brand could enterprise be developed continually. A high level client service was the important guarantee for telecom operators to promote. The competition focus among telecom operators has been moving from network resources competition to diversified services and services has become the key elements to hold the balance in the telecom marketing mix.At the present time, the competition in Zhuzhou telecom industry is cutting the throat. Only to exert scientific and reasonable service marketing strategies, could Zhuzhou Telecom Inc exist and develop in the severe marketing competition. These factors required Inc to fully exert the predominance, establish and actualize the competitive service marketing strategies, as well as innovate and perfect the current service marketing mix to achieve the total Inc strategy.At first, the article analyzed the marketing environment which the company faces from two levels such as macro and micro environment. In this foundation, we introduced the SWOT analysis matrix to analyzed company's strength,weakness,opportunity and threat. Then, the article proposed differentia service strategy on the base of marketing segment and projected the service marketing mix strategy, such as product, channel, promotion, people, process and material display.Using service marketing theory as well as relation marketing theory, the article constructed the company service marketing strategy system from exterior,internal aspects. Among them, exterior marketing strategy includes product, channel, promotion, process as well as material display; and the internal marketing strategy includes respect staff, employment training,stimulation for staff and so on.At last ,service marketing sustaining system in Zhuzhou Telecom Inc ensured the service marketing in full orientation of organization, process, service marketing quality management and people to innovate and perfect the current service marketing mix and promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
