As China's enter into the WTO, Hong Kong and Macao opening its freezing meat market, the adjustment of live pig exportation quota policy, and company'strategy to enlarge the domestic market, the company has to fully display its own superiority, formulate and implement correct service marketing strategy, innovate and perfect the service marketing system unceasingly, as to serve for the company overall strategy.At first, the article analyzed marketing environment which the company faces from three lays. In this foundation, This paper introduced the SWOT analysis matrix to analyzed company's strength,weakness,opportunity and threat. Then, the article unifies the idea of customer satisfaction, proposed differentia service strategy on the base of marketing segment, after that constructed the step of implement.Using tradition marketing theory as well as service profit chain theory, and constructed the company marketing strategy system from exterior,internal aspects. Among them, exterior marketing strategy includes 4Ps, service visible demonstration, service process as well as marketing conformity; and the internal marketing strategy includes: by the manner which respects treats the staff, consummation and human nature employment advertise system, rich person sentiment choosing a person for a job philosophy, stimulation for staff and so on.A model is applied to detect the reason why the gap generates, some management strategy about the service marketing quality is also made according to the five gaps. Thereby the company should promote management, through establishing customer maintenance system. Moreover, the company also should supply organization, personnel as well as fund for safeguarding. After the implementation,conformity of above service marketing strategy, the company's service system will be perfect.The findings demonstrated that, effective implementation of service marketing strategy will be helpful to company's strategy. Service recovery as well as the customer maintenance system guarantees the implementation of marketing strategy effectively. They will show their functions, until forming an organic whole.
