Compensation management should be set up based on business strategy and human resource strategy,and it is one of the most important tools for human resource management.A rational salary system can attract talents,retain talents and incentive talents.Through a good salary system,human resource strategy will match with business strategy better.Otherwise an unfair salary system will lead to low morale and high demission rate,and it will hamper the business strategy at last.It chooses the current salary system of DF Corporation as study object,then it makes some further improving idea for salary management system and performance management system in this paper.At first,the research explains some theories of salary management system designing and salary system models,it also describes the new trend of modern salary management development at home and abroad.Then,through a systematic analysis based on current human resource of DF Corporation,the author finds out some problems of the original salary system and performance system.And all of these problems demonstrate the necessity to optimize current salary system.Then this paper describes measures for salary system optimization design at the same time.Starting from DF Corporation's business strategy,this paper research the compensation levels based on Wage and salary survey.Then,the paper evaluates every post via The Hay Guide-Profile Method of Job Evaluation.The Job Evaluation results could be used to design the Compensation Structure of DF Corporation.At last,this paper provides a Compensation system which considers each factors such as Wage and salary survey,Job Evaluation and Internal Balance.All of these are incentive and practical,and also provides subjects for other real estate company to resolve similar problems.
