Performance evaluation is a basic work in the production and operation management of the real estate enterprises.It mainly measures the employees' contributions by evaluating the performance of the employees.Based on this,the employees are encouraged to realize the strategic objectives of the enterprises,so that the production and operation of the enterprises and management activities occupy an important position.Real estate project company is to complete a real estate project and the temporary formation and self-financing business entities,this special attribute more highlights the human resources management and performance appraisal system in the real estate project company in the importance.However,China's real estate project companies still use the traditional performance management method,and the current performance appraisal system has been unable to adapt to China's real estate development and fierce market competition needs.Therefore,in the current complex economic and business environment,how to give full play to the performance appraisal system as the W real estate project company human resources management work baton role,and optimize the existing performance appraisal system is urgently needs for W real estate project company.Based on the theory and practice,this paper puts forward the research problem of this paper,and summarizes the relevant theoretical system of performance appraisal,and combines the W real estate project company at present,on the basis of combing the research background,taking the work of W real estate project company performance evaluation as the research object The status of performance appraisal,the analysis of its performance appraisal system,find the existing problems in the performance appraisal system and attribution,W real estate project company's performance appraisal need to improve the conclusion.Then,on the basis of the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimizing of the performance appraisal system,and puts forward the concrete optimizing plan of the current performance appraisal system of W real estate project company from the aspects of job setting,function analysis,KPI index selection,evaluation score calculation and so on.Based on the theoretical knowledge as the guide,to build a suitable real estate project company development needs of the new performance appraisal system.Finally,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the improved performance appraisal system,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures implemented by the performance appraisal system.The research of this paper further enriches the relevant research of performance management theory,and also provides some reference for other real estate project companies to improve the enterprise performance from human resource management level.
