In the "knowledge" era of today’s knowledge economy, human resources has truly become the first resource of the company. Also it is the most important driver of corporate value creation. Real estate industry is highly capital-intensive and talent-intensive industries, so the outstanding talents should be put in the first place. ZZ Group, as a young Chongqing region company, the real estate business integrated group while need to enhance the human resource system, which remain real estate as the main business. In the high-speed development process, it needs to enhance the Human resource system, especially salary, achievements and incentive system. Optimize the internal management of the company and also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve employee satisfaction, dedication, and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.This paper describes the theoretical concepts and research findings in the field of domestic and foreign rewards and incentives, and through employee interviews and questionnaire analysis the shortage of ZZ Group in the field of human resources. To meet the needs of the development strategy of the company, using the "five factor score method” and “Delphi method” to sort out the company’s rank order system and establish a comprehensive broadband pay system. At the same time, introducing a "strategy map" and "OGSM" decomposition tools to sort out the company’s strategy and decomposition. Finally, it integrates into the performance appraisal system and combines with the human resource system and the corporate strategy.Eventually, this article focuses on the feedback of the staff who has worked one year after the project and find out the shortcomings of the project. On the other hand it will help to optimize the follow-up system and lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of the enterprise.
