After more than 10 years of rapid development,the real estate industry has become the economic pillar of our country.The competition among the various real estate enterprises is becoming more and more intense.Compared with the large real estate enterprises,the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are far from the capital strength or the management level.In recent years,the state has influenced the macro-control of the real estate industry,and the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises more or less appear the situation of difficult business situation.Guangxi JX Real Estate Company,is also facing such a situation.Aiming at the shortcomings of JX company's human resource management,combined with the related theories of human resource management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in JX's human resource management,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures.This study suggest that:First of all,JX companies need to develop human resources planning for the future;secondly,the recruitment and selection process is to do the basic work,should also pay attention to the talent and stealth characteristics;and gradually establish an effective training mechanism,and gradually learning enterprising culture in the enterprise;in addition,the current performance appraisal more property consultant as is the daily work of specifications,after re improvement,make sales as an important index of performance evaluation,performance appraisal and compensation have greater relevance;finally,proposed measures more incentive in the salary system.Through the study of human resource management in Guangxi JX Real Estate Company,we hope to have some reference for the development of JX company,and provide reference for other small and medium-sized private real estate enterprises.
