Performance management,including performance appraisal,is the core of human resource management in modern enterprises.It is the enterprise an effective enterprise management strategy in the evaluation and incentive of enterprise staff,strengthen the enterprise's economic vitality and competitiveness,promote the progress and enhance its market position and so on,play a decisive role.Based on this,in this paper,the municipal engineering construction project department's performance evaluation as the research object,analyzes the municipal engineering construction project specific methods of performance appraisal,and the A Department of Municipal Engineering Construction Project as a case,through literature,field survey method,based on the related theories of performance management based on the case.The performance appraisal is analyzed in detail.The results of the research show that the performance assessment of the A Department of Municipal Engineering Construction Project is more suitable.The performance appraisal of the A Department of Municipal Engineering Construction Project has set up the examination and leadership team to guide and supervise the assessment.The leading group of performance appraisal regularly checks and audits performance appraisal,criticizes and corrections the functional departments and work areas that do not seriously carry out performance appraisal,and gives a commendation to the functional departments and work areas where performance appraisal is good.The key assessment indexes of various levels are set up,and sufficient communication should be carried out before the examination,the examination cycle is defined,and the management of the performance assessment process is strengthened.Through these assessment measures,good results have been achieved.First,the working attitude,work style and service consciousness of the administrators have been improved or strengthened.They are more diligent and industrious,with a sense of responsibility and a spirit of competition.Second,the work discipline has been strengthened.Third,the formation of an organization culture full of positive energy.However,there are some problems in the performance assessment of the A Department of Municipal Engineering Construction Project which is mainly shown in the following aspects.First,the fairness of the performance assessment process needs to be improved.Second,some administrator have opinions on performance assessment.Third,there is a moderate difference in performance assessment.Fourth,there are differences in the standards of performance assessment.Therefore,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.First,the joint and several responsible should be dealt with in the performance appraisal.Second,through the grasp of the principle and the establishment of the transition period to resolve the different opinions of the workers.Third,using quantitative,detailed assessment indicators and department assessment,post assessment to solve the assessment of moderate disagreement.Fourth,the difference between the results of performance evaluation and the elimination of departmental boundaries to solve the assessment standards.Finally,combined with the performance evaluation of this case and the characteristics of municipal engineering construction project management,the corresponding countermeasures suggestions are put forward.With a view to municipal engineering construction project performance management of certain inspiration and reference.
